We look forward to continuing our youth work in September with the young people. This is aimed at 11 – 18 year olds. We will always encourage our young people to be actively involved on a Sunday morning whilst also looking to provide an additional space for young people to gather, make friends, have fun & learn about God.
Our youth work has a rhythm where young people meet on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Sunday of a month. They start off in the Service, then go into their own group to build friendships, learn about God and have fun. On the 2nd Sunday of the month, we have a young people and family worship Service where we remain together as one family. There are songs, sometimes with actions, story telling, a short talk and a variety of crafts or memory verses or even puppets! On the 4th Sunday, it’s coffee house Sunday and while you are enjoying a coffee the young people can catch up with each other and there’s even cake!
